Where Faith
&
Mental Health Meet
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
Jeremiah 29:11
"Where faith begins, anxiety ends; where anxiety begins, faith ends."

About "the Catholic Psychologist"
The Catholic Psychologist was started with hopes of creating more awareness, and to bridge the gap, between faith and mental health. Often times we see that both faith and mental health are kept separate, or cannot exist together. It is time to see how they can work together, and how faith can actually be healing for our mental health.
The Catholic Psychologist aims to end the stigma around mental health within faith communities, as well as to end the silence of discussing faith in our mental health work. When we bridge the gap between faith and mental health, we create a clearer path towards healing.
This site includes resources on faith and mental health, blog posts on various faith and mental health topics, and information on how to access services.
